Sara holds a First Class Honours degree in Acupuncture from Portsmouth University after studying at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture (LCTA).

She has also studied Chinese nutrition at CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine, London, 2012), Tui Na massage with Sarah Pritchard (City College of Acupuncture, London, 2014) and Herbal Medicine in London (Phoenix Medical, 2016) and Shanghai (Shanghai University of TCM, 2015).

Her background in conventional healthcare – she holds a Master degree in Pharmacy and has worked as a community pharmacist in London during 15 years – has given Sara an understanding of physiology, anatomy and biochemistry which plays an important role in her integrative approach.

Sara is also a co-founder of the Bright Room Acupuncture clinic, one of the first multi-bed clinics in London (with a high volume of patients!) and she also runs a private practice in Dalston, Hackney.

In 2018 Sara moved with her family to Majorca and opened a small clinic in Santa Maria where she now lives. Since then, she’s only seeing patients in London – both at the Bright Room community clinic and her private practice in Dalston - one or two weeks a month.

As a member of the Acupuncture Society, Sara is bound by a strict code of ethics, rules and regulations and a code of professional conduct.
